Package Options.
For 2011 we are offering
three pricing options following customer feedback.
Option 1
This option is a core package with optional additions;
The core package covers from the guests arriving at the church or venue through to the end of the speeches plus a highlights montage.
Cost is £850 for Cornwall and West Devon.
(please see below for costings in other areas).
Optional Additions.
Brides Preparations £100.
Grooms Preparations £50.
(these assume visiting a different location.
If you are getting ready at the same venue as the ceremony it is sometimes possible to combine these with the guests arriving at no or reduced cost).
Coverage of the early evening and first dance up to 9pm £150.
Hourly charge for later evening £100.
Interviews/Guests messages £75.
Baby/Honeymoon picture montage £50.
All filming is in full High Definition (not consumer grade HDV) using 2 or 3 cameras (dependent on permissions from the church or venue).
Sound is recorded using radio and shotgun mics.
We suggest two possibilities for editing the finished film.
Either a traditional style where we follow the events of the day with the ceremony and speeches included in the film and a highlights montage set to your choice of music.
As a second choice we suggest an extended montage to produce a shorter film to include all the events of the day but with the ceremony and speeches shortened to the main highlights. Average running time of this would be around 30/40 minutes.
We would include separate chapters on the DVD of the full ceremony and speeches from a fixed camera.
Music used in both options will be your choice.
The finished DVD will be fully chaptered with motion menus presented in a printed case using images from your day.
In both cases if the length of the finished film exceeds what can be fitted onto 1 DVD without losing quality we would use 2 discs at no extra cost.
Three DVD’s are included in the package and extra copies are £12.
We can also provide a Bluray option, High Definition files on a hard drive or a file to load onto your iphone / ipad.

Option 2
We offer an hourly option of £100 per hour. There is a minimum booking of 3 hours (6 hours outside Cornwall and West Devon) and this option is not available on summer Saturdays.
Coverage is your choice and equipment and editing is the same as option one except the highlights montage is an optional extra at £150.

While we believe the first two options offered cover most situations every wedding is unique; if you would like something different we are happy to work with you.
